Been on 3 dates with two separate women over past several months and didn’t get a 4th. Here is what each said:

This timing is also making me think, and while it's been great getting to know you, I don't think I'm feeling a romantic connection at this time. You’re genuinely such a nice and easy person to spend time with, so I'd absolutely be open to staying in touch if that’s something you’d want.

Also, just as an fyi, 32…never been in a relationship and started dating and putting myself out there three years ago.

Any advice of what I can do to get over the hump?
